Mark See, the owner of Ground Zero Collision, has a clear vision for his body shop. His primary focus is on providing an exceptional customer experience, rather than prioritizing insurance companies.
In contrast to most collision centers, which often partner with insurance companies through Direct Repair Programs, Mark has made the decision to never align with any insurer. This ensures that his loyalty always lies with the best interests of his customers, rather than insurance profit margins.
In line with this customer-centered approach, Mark is committed to properly repairing vehicles according to Original Equipment Manufacturer guidelines and using OEM parts. This is not a priority for many body shop owners, who are willing to use third-party, aftermarket, or salvaged parts. However, Mark believes that these compromises to safety are unacceptable and is determined to never allow an improperly repaired vehicle to leave his facility.
